This policy is in place because many of our products include books, groceries, consumables, personal-use items and items that cannot be safely resold once handled or used.
2. Books
Books are generally not returnable after payment, pickup or delivery. This is because books can be read, handled, damaged or returned in a condition that makes resale difficult.
Please confirm the title, author, format and price before placing your order.
3. Groceries, Consumables & Personal Items
Groceries, food items, beverages, personal-care items, consumables and similar products cannot be returned after pickup or delivery.
For safety and hygiene reasons, these items are final sale once they leave our store.
4. Accessories & Other Items
Accessories and non-consumable items may only be reviewed for return if they are clearly damaged, incorrect or defective at the time of pickup or delivery.
Customers must contact Allensville Store immediately after receiving the item, with clear details and supporting evidence where necessary.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos, order details and other information to review the issue.
- The item must be unused and in the condition received.
- The issue must be reported promptly after pickup or delivery.
- Approval is subject to review by Allensville Store.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by product availability, traffic, weather, delivery service delays, terminal schedules or other circumstances outside our control.
If an order has not yet been dispatched and a customer cannot wait, Allensville Store may review the situation and advise on available options.
7. Refund Approval
Refunds are not automatic. Any refund request must be reviewed and approved by Allensville Store. Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank involved.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, order details and delivery information. Allensville Store will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by wrong phone numbers, incorrect addresses or unreachable customers.
