How delivery and pickup work at Allensville Store.

1. Store Pickup

Customers may pick up paid orders directly from Allensville Store at 1111 Lakeside Road, Ashaley Botwe, Accra, Ghana.

Pickup arrangements should be confirmed after payment. Please come with your order confirmation or proof of payment when collecting your item.

2. Delivery Within Accra

For customers within Accra, orders may be delivered through third-party delivery services such as Uber, Yango or other trusted delivery options.

Delivery fees are not included in the product price unless clearly stated. The customer is responsible for paying the delivery fee.

3. Delivery Outside Accra

For customers outside Accra, we may arrange for your order to be taken to a bus terminal or transport station for onward delivery to your location.

The customer is responsible for the pickup rider fee, terminal transport charges and any onward collection arrangements at the destination.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees depend on your location, the delivery service used and the size or weight of your order.

• Accra delivery fees are paid by the customer.
• Outside Accra terminal charges are paid by the customer.
• Pickup rider fees, where applicable, are paid by the customer.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on item availability, customer location, delivery service availability, traffic, weather and terminal schedules.

We will do our best to process orders promptly, but delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery information and pickup instructions. Allensville Store will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect phone numbers, wrong addresses or unreachable customers.
